Went to The Lounge and shop in the mall. We don't come here too often because they are not dog friendly, unlike Shrewsbury mall, where dogs are welcome.

As much as I hate paying to park my own car, this is a better carpark than most town centres. A bit tight in places but clean.

Quite a good car park but there’s a lot of un-sanctioned car park motorsport going on like drag racing, hill climbing and demolition derby. They should at least lower the speed limit from 150mph to 105mph to make it a little safer and maybe introduce spectator zones so we don't have to dodge speeding automobiles while doing shopping.

I arrived at the car park at 07.30, a total stranger to the area and on a tight timeline. I had been told it was really easy from level 2, just 30 seconds. I got the lift to level 2, but couldn't see an exit. Walked back and out at the ground floor, where I was approached by Enoch, one of the car park employees. He'd seen me wandering around lost, then following Google (the wrong way!) He asked where I wanted to go and even escorted me to the door. Obviously they were very quiet at that time, but huge huge thanks to Enoch. 5* service.

Overall just really wonderful area. Plenty of things to do, to see, nice environment, very modern.

Good carpark, which tonight was not at all busy. Entrance & exit very easy to use. Sometimes the payment machines are a little slow & queues build but not tonight. The only worrying note being the number of people begging around the payment area & pathway to the shops. It's a sad but true sign of the times.
