Went in for something to eat. Chose the mixed grill. The lovely Tasha served me and told me that it's highly recommended but she hasn't tried it herself yet. It was great! Would definitely have it again and I will go back, especially with kind friendly staff like Tasha.

What an absolute joy the staff have been in arranging our First Christmas night out for our Alzheimer Scotland “supper club” (people living with dementia aged under 65 and carers). The managers made this easy for our charity through booking to supporting us and understanding the dynamic of our group. We booked for 22 and the service on the night was outstanding. We will definitely book this next year and have booked our own staff Xmas night out on 22nd - food delicious and staff outstanding - we can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for making the night a success everyone loved it!!

Visited here for a group social event. Hadn't been in here for years. Staff were lovely & friendly and very welcoming. Food was delicious ( I had crispy prawns to start & Turkey for main ) service was excellent. I'll be back.

Brew Dog Punk IPA on Draught. Original and Pale Ale. What’s not to like. Great selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic to choose from. Everything from real craft ale, premium draught beers, ciders, great wine selection and a vast gantry of spirits that adorns the wall behind the bar. Spacious with a large and popular beer garden at the rear. Food is served which I personally think is comparable with JDWetherspoons. Not the finest dining experience but still a really good menu. You’ll be spoilt for choice. Good promotions on drink and meal deals that should keep most visitors content.

Had an amazing time here tonight with my partner. The customer service was top notch and the food was fantastic. They had great vegetarian/vegan options and even came out to ensure we got the correct options for veg/vegan. I can't rate my visit tonight any more highly. I do wish they had a feature to tip by card at the end like some other restaurants do.Highly reccomend a visit.

Took my best friend here for her birthday and we had a great time. The food was mostly great, although a couple of the dishes could use some more effort - particularly the nachos.The service was brilliant. Our server, Tasha was very friendly, helpful and offered some great advice when we asked. Very happy overall

Could myself and wife thank our server Kay for her for attention to detail, clearing tables very quickly, and serving at the same time. Nothing was any problem for her.The food was fine with the exception of the cauliflower wings, wine was nice.Was so nice to see someone so attentive.Thank you Kay.

Great service and atmosphere at the First Edition. Sunday evenings they have a really good quiz night with multiple rounds and great prizes. Eveytime I've eaten here the food has been superb for a fair price as well. Big selection of beers on draught and loads of cocktails. Overall a fantastic place!

Been to The First Edition on multiple occasions, atmosphere is brilliant & the food is unreal! It’s the perfect pub with the beer garden and the sports coverage. To top it off, you could not ask for better service from the very sociable & friendly staff. 100% will be back!
