Staff were extremely helpful. Items we wanted weren't in stock but the staff member phoned across the country to locate it and had it posted to us. Great product selection at an outstanding quality.One of the few places that offer Military and Blue Light discount. Thank you for your support to us frontline workers.

Went knowing what I wished to buy, some enamel oven pans/trays. The assistant greeted us with a smile and asked if we needed any help. We had already spotted what we wanted and purchased a drip tray and 2 roasting trays. She was very pleasant and friendly, explained the warranty and asked us to put our postcode onto the tablet so we could have our receipt emailed as proof of purchase (yes, I would have lost the paper one!). It was a positive experience thank you.

Visited the pro cook shop in the affinity centre today, what a pleasure the ladies are so helpful and welcoming, they helped me get the products I needed, even sorted me a trolley to save me carrying to my car,they are a credit to the store,highly recommend shopping here thank you ladies it was much appreciated

Served by a lovely, genuine lady (I know she was genuine, because I also work in retail), in a well lit, and very well laid out store. Probably one of the nicest stores we visited in the village and a distinct improvement on one of your competitors in the complex - mentioning no names but beginning with 'D'! The electric salt and pepper grinders are awesome - totally unnecessary but even more awesome because of that! We'll be back, maybe not in-store, cos we're not local but deffo online. Thank you.

Helpful staff with a clean showroom and good range of products, I could happily have spent a lot of money in here.Addition:Be sure to tell them not to send you marketing when putting in your email for your e-reciept, I have received so many emails this week!! Because of this I have reduced their star rating.
