Not even worth the 1 star IMO, refused point blank to attend to a very poorly emaciated, filthy stray cat with an infection that caused her to smell really bad. Wasnt seen by a vet, refused any duty of care by Hitler receptionist!. HORRIBLE & UNCARING!!!

I called as while getting my car MoT this morning at a local garage they had a stray cat that had decided to give birth in there garage and where not sure what to do or take them so called a local vets for advice . I use to go to these vets when I lived in the area . Always very friendly people.

I have never been to a more friendlier and welcoming vet practice, they take the time to listen to your concerns and put your mind at ease. the reception nurses are also really friendly.

I would recommend this vets especially Cassie who goes above and beyond and was amazing with our bullmastiff Cleo.What was a very difficult time for our family was make easier with Cassie and the team.We will definitely be bringing our puppy to you when we are ready for another one. Thank you all so much.

Just moved to this Vets as had a really bad experience elsewhere. Fantastic vets, All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Great informative consultation with the vet Christian Hughes feel that my dog Ted is now in safe hands at Fivelands.
