Just bought from Gottle for the first time. No fuss. Straight forward good customer service. The online chat service was prompt in addressing a query I had and very helpful and then followed up with a call. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

Fantastic service and much better than my local provider. I was concerned that being online I wouldn't get a great service and may have to wait long periods for delivery. Not only do I get a great price from Gottle but they also deliver within a few days. Brilliant!

Gottle customer since 2019. So far so good, no issues and always helpful customer support on chat once needed. Deliveries are made by supplier and did not have any issues just yet. Loyalty program and reward points are great as well.

Great idea and saves me £20 on gas each order. As they grow I think Calor and them could improve the delivery tracking to the standard of online services and this would be a top tier service. It is already amazing.

My second order and both have been brilliant, everything happened when and how it was communicated. This will always be my supplier of choice, thank you for making the experience great and easy.

I am absolutely Disgusted and now having to obtain legal advice.The first time I used this company everything was great, but this time I'm just appalled. When I place the order I made it very clear I needed to know when I could expect my delivery, which I find is quite reasonable bearing in my I have to arrange access, after all who can sit around for 2 weeks just on the off chance of delivery? After hearing nothing I chased them up, I was told they'd contact the someone else (OK who is actually supplying?) and let me know. Whilst waiting I found another Helpful company who could give an approximate delivery date. 1.5hours later I'd still not had anyone get back to me so I rang Gottle to cancel. All agreed. Fine. THEN I received a call from them to say my delivery would arrive in a few hours time. What the hell. I was not going to be in! When I placed my order and paid in full, it was agreed I would have at least 24hours notice, which I feel is reasonable. I said I'd cancelled and they agreed to send me email proof of my cancellation and REFUND MY MONEY.I've heard nothing since and my bank has said they have NOT Refunded my money.I have been out of work one year. They know this.I am appalled at their awful customer service, and the way I've been treated especially under the circumstances. Happy Cold Christmas.

Very good price, helpful people on the telephone who did get back to me and supply the information that I needed. Really nice helpful delivery driver. Only downside was that it took six days - which is a factor of where I live so not really a problem.

Poor communication from Gottle/Calor. When placing the order, I was informed that I would be contacted before delivery. We had no contact prior to delivery and when they did arrive, they damaged our fence. The driver offered to fix it with nails" but it's going to need more than that! I contacted Gottle straight away and was told my email and photos would be passed to Calor to contact me directly. I await their response.Will think twice before ordering from this type of company again. They take your money and are quite happy to wash their hands of any responsibility if things go wrong. Such a shame."

Service is excellent. Staff keep you informed of any problems, so you always know where you are with your order. Delivery times are usually as stated when you order.Very good company.

Excellent communication - I left a note for the driver about where the empty bottle was if I was out. Delivered quickly, swapped over and all connected up whilst I was out. They also have a neat way of temperature-checking the bottles to double-check which are empty/full if you are not there. Will definitely buy again here in the future.
