Bit of an unhappy customer. After speaking with someone at length I was sent a contract which confirmed the price we spoke of on the phone. This number however was exclusive of VAT after it was confirmed that it included the VAT on the phone to me. I told the sales rep about it and asked for it to be changed to be told it doesn’t matter and to just sign…. Not comfortable with this I didn’t sign, so the contract was changed (with moans). However they put my old address on the second contract that they sent to me. Again I was told just to sign and it doesn’t matter… third time lucky everything was correct and I signed.However, I was sent a phone that was black instead of silver. Turns out the phone I ordered didn’t come in silver but that’s what’s on my contract and what was agreed. Was told they can send me a cover and screen protector as a sorry but they wouldn’t take it back. Now I have a phone I don’t even want with a company that’s a bit of a nightmare to deal with.After telling them I’ll be leaving them once the contract is finished they sent me this email asking for a Google review… so here’s your review DMV. If you are not a native speaker you will struggle, they are telling me everything is done, phones dont arrive so I call them back and suddenly address verification is needed but nobody told me about that, also telling them my parents dont speak english and they say they understand and its fine but still calling my parents trying to speak to them...They promised to give us free phone cases and screen protectors but nothing like this arrived.Next time we will try somewhere else.

At my upgrade was told I was due a A12 but would be upgraded to a A40 but and A12 arrived instead of the A40 as promised. Then when the DMV rep phoned me I informed them of this and they didn't thing I could tell the diffence and asked me to go through the settings to check it was a A12 not an A40 even thought it was printed on the box that I got .. Admittedly I then said it didn't matter because I couldn't be arsed repacking it and sending the A12 back which has been a good phone ... but if you say you are sending an upgrade on my upgrade do it or reduce my bill because I didn't get the phone you said I would. As I said I didn't want to go thought the issues of sending the wrong one back and it has been a good phone but ..please sort your supply chain out

Terrible company. Talked me into changing my tariff with 02 to a business tariff but failed to mention the £200 early termination fee that 02 are now trying to charge me.

I would avoid this company.Stole my money, blocked me and refuse to refund my money for no reason.They have continued to refuse to speak to me to carry out my deal or return my money.please avoid this company.looking at other review this is something they do.
