The team at Simon Brien were amazing. From the viewing to moving in they couldn't have been more helpful and even since then they're just at the end of the phone or mail for any queries. Karen our property manager is fantastic, we've settled in so quickly and absolutely love it. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent.

Be careful with this company, they are very dodgy, we submitted the application and no reply for 3 days. When we called Lee said that the landlord was considering all the applications. We will have a reply in 24 h. It was stinking already, so I made an enquiry with a fake account and requested a viewing. There were viewings available for next week. I would not trust this letting agency.

He guided us through the sale in a professional and efficient manner achieving a price that we were very happy with. It is my honest opinion that this would not have been achieved with another agent.

Great experience, as someone who is new to the area, they made the whole process very easy and supported me along the way. Martin was great, had a brilliant viewing, very knowledgeable and professional but he also was very relatable, the perfect mix. His support with the application process was great. Quick responses, candid conversations, easy solutions to issues!As a renter it's hard to ever feel the estate agent has any concern or care for you past getting your signatures in the needed places.I felt different here with guidance given over my unique employee circumstances at the time (moving between two jobs), understanding one box/form doesn't fit everyone and a bespoke friendly service with modern technology and a fair independent inventory made me feel supported and that they did care that I was happy with the property.Would reccomend all day long!
