Outstanding Sage support from a top-notch service provider. If you're still dealing directly with Sage for support I suggest you switch over to Advantage Services and safe yourself hours on hold on the phone when you call the Sage Support line!

I thought the Gentleman, who's name is Ben was very helpful.He went way above expectations to provide answers to our questions and to create tricky reports that we'd asked for. He comes across a passionate person, going out of his way out of standard office hours to create as I mentioned above, a tricky report. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to learn, or expand on their knowledge.When the training was complete, Ben followed up with an email of useful links for us to go through. Very impressed and I would recommend.
