I went there to get my hair done and they did such a good job when I got it dipped dies. But when I asked for a lighter brown than my hair and my hair is a very dark brow. They decided to bleach it so then my hair was blonde. And they only did half of my hair when I said I want it all done. Which is not what I asked for and it looked like I had cheese strings on my head. Would recommend for dip dye but not highlights
