I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows. We had a fantastic experience with them where they really showed that they would never let their customers down.We had many large windows replaced with sliding sashes which were faulty and supplied to Direct Windows by another supplier. The situation ended up with Direct Windows replacing the windows at their own cost when the suppliers would not recognise the clear faults.This just goes to show that not only do they always pick up the phone, respond to emails, turn up on time, clear up and remove all mess and provide a good price, but they can also be trusted when anything goes wrong. I would give 6 stars if I could.

The customer service from Mark and the team was excellent. They are very knowledgable and gave great advice on the new windows and doors. Dean did a terrific job with the installation and the finish is excellent. I'm thrilled with the result and would definitely recoommend them.

Can't fault Direct Windows NE - we've used them on two separate occasions over the last 4 years and both times they've been professional and friendly, not to mention taking every step possible to make sure carpets and surrounding areas are protected - leaving absolutely no trace behind them when they're finished. Very impressed!
