Wouldn't even give it one star but it won't let you write a review. they lied about being full of fuel on collection day, collecting it was the half tank and they were going to charge me over £40 to top up, It was the manager other colleagues kept apologising. I have no problem with a manager he was such a lovely guy and another lady was so nice to me. I would seriously suggest not using this company

At the start we did have a bit of communication issue about when I would be returning the car but they sorted it out straight away and I was happy with what day to return. The staff members were really nice, explained everything about the car and discussed about marks already on the car. I was originally supposed to drop off the car to them and a day before I asked if someone could collect there was no issues at all and she sorted the problem out straight away. Would defo recommend.

Terrible service, waiting for my car booked a day before, then wait for car an hour, after been told that I need to pay another £200 on top of all fees, waist my time because the journey to this office etc. I now won't trust them at all. Regards Lukas

If you arrange drop off and collection bear in mind the timings mean nothing. Used twice and drop offs have been ok but collection is just whenever basically, so be ready to sit at home all day. If you collected yourself I assume it'd be fine but then you have to arrange travel. The actual hire process and vehicles is good and straightforward

Great service when picking up my hire car. Very informative and polite from beginning to the end. Car was brilliant too. Everyone in the office was very helpful and respectful. Big shoutout to the asian chap Raj I believe his name is (if his name is incorrect let me know I will update) for looking after me, will come again.

Highly recomend this branch, guys went into my shoes when insurers declined to extend replacement van, so this lads and the management with few words between them arange extension on very (acceptable/afordable) price for which im thankfull. Thanks guys once more always will be branch of choice for me going forward.

Very bad and unprofessional service on collection day there was no fuel in the car. car was very dirty on delivery day I confirmed with them that it is Saturday, will you drop me at home.they said yes.I only live 3 miles away . I put some extra fuel to appreciate and educate them.After examining the car she said I will ask someone to drop you.there were hardly any customers .she kept me waiting and than send one of her colleague that I have to wait another half a hour.It was the manager other colleagues kept appollogising for me waiting for the reasons best known to to her.
