Riverside Bowl & LaserQuest

Had a lovely visit at Riverside Bowl after 3.5/4 years. It has great facilities, bowling, LaserQuest, bar, arcade, diner and pool! . An outdoor beer garden, a lovely bar and a great variety of food to have. I would definitely go back again.

The experience at Riverside Bowl will never be forgotten. One of the best places to visit and spend time with friends and family, with excellent service.

Came here at 22.30 pm and was still still allowed to bowl and have a few drinks as they were cleaning down to close. Top team. Definitely recommend to anyone

Used to be good here, this visit my bowling balls hsd chunks taken out if them, reported it, management, they said its down to the way I bowl..Funny really, never used to happen here,in fact it dont happen anywhere else... seriously thinking not to return here... get your lanes sorted out as well . The whole place needs looking at. Take ownership!!

Me and my partner wanted to start bowling again so we have been going here for 3 weeks now. But tonight will be the last time (28.8.2023). The lady was lovely to us. Telling us that theres no rush as we still had drinks. Although it was completely different for all the other staff in the building. Especially the young guy behind the bar. Who told us last orders were 15 minutes ago. But when I ask them what time they close. They didnt even know?! I was constantly getting dirty looks from all the men that worked there, especially the young lad behind the bar. We left even though we were told not to rush". But we definitely felt the need to rush out of there. We didnt feel welcome at all and wont be coming back

We just had our sons 8th birthday party: mega party bowling+laser quest. We absolutely loved it.Our host Chloe was amazing, helping us all the way through the party. She totally made the difference for the smooth running of it, always helpful and in charge of all aspects. She went well and beyond to be attentive to every single detail. Also made sure to take a picture of all the kids and printed two of them out for us!Kids had a great time, bowling and laser quest allowed enough time for them to be all happy. The party room was great and food orders well organised and the edited photo video displaying there with photos of birthdays child is a lovely bonus.

Went for a kids party. Good lanes with plenty of space for our group. This place has been here for years and went myself for a party when I was a kid and it seems little has changed, which is a good thing!Great fast and friendly service.Although I didn't get any food or drink, there were plenty of options.Parking in their own car park and plenty of other (currently) free parking spots around. Also, not far from the bus stops and train station.

Had a great morning. Few problems with the lane and puns not resetting properly but once a member of staff was alerted they sorted it straight away. I would book in advance as it was really busy when we went.

Overall experience is fantastic, more than 5 stars.As an autistic group (myself autistic) without mentioning, we were greeted lovely by eve and the team. Despite a confusion to the start (due to our part,) the team was so helpful and understanding. i also noticed that other customers who came after us were set on lanes away from our group, not sure if it was intentional but it was something i noticed and it was very much welcomed.we will surely be going back again, primarily because the customer service.So thank you Eve, and the team.- kyle

The toilets aren't clean and once I was kicked out because I brought a cake for my best friends birthday it wasn't very good.
