Got booked in short notice mot & service. Rang with updates, got parts needed and fitted after mot fail. Competitively priced.

I had a problem with my brakes I went in and was told there is a problem with one of my bearings and they are 98% sure it would cure the problem well it didn't when I went in to thier shop I told them it might be the discs and pads but I thought I was dealing with experts I would go with thier opinion £240 later the problem is still there when I phone thier shop they cover themselves with the 2% then I go to a local garage close to my house straight away he tells me it's discs and pads he replaces the discs and pads the car is perfect my question is how can F1 heywood advertise themselves as experts in brakes when they couldn't diagnose a simple fault like replacing discs and pads they had the car for a full day and still couldn't diagnose the problem now I should ask myself here I been fleeced £240 by these guys for work that was not needed all I can write who ever was working on my car from F1 heywood was incompetent and should not be allowed to get near a car

I took my car to this garage recently. I was dealt with promptly and courteously. The guys there Ian and Colin, took their time and answered all my queries. They did a good job and the charges were reasonable too. I was very happy with them and will certainly be using them again. Definitely recommend.

Must of been a joke or something, I went in asking if they fit number plates, was told yeah and if I had my own, I said got my own, he checks the computer and he's like I don't have the screw for it, I said I have my own screws then he said £25 to fit them, I was like just to fit them, told him leave it then, I sat in the car and I couldn't stop laughing how he wanted to charge £25 for four holes.Jokers

Such an accommodating and friendly place to take your car. I was completely unaware of my MOT date and by chance checked to see it had expired. On a bank holiday noon I rang and asked if they could help, their books were full and still agreed to book me in. So helpful and got me out of a sticky spot for getting to work the next day. Highly recommend, thank you guys!

Car went in for an MOT which it catastrophical failed and was labelled dangerous. Advised to not drive home till fixed. Ian and the team went above and beyond, they had the car safe by the following day so I could be mobile again. Then had the other advisories fixed as soon as the parts came in (which was a couple of days). Car retest and passed MOT well. First class service and very nice guys, plus petrolheads like me so go for a conversation about fast cars whilst you wait. Recommended!

Booked it in for one new tyre and tracking today. Picked it up but unfortunately for me they couldn't do the tracking on that make of car so fitted the tyre only. I feel a phone call would have sufficed to let me know beforehand and then I could have taken my car to a garage that could do both!!

I've used this branch for over a decade (under their previous tading name also) and always found their staff to be reasonably priced, very helpful, prompt and honest. I have also happily recommended them to family members and friends. Thanks

Just had two front tyres fitted to a Citroen C4. Booked in for 11:30, turned up half an hour early and the manager got my car in immediately. I got the tracking checked and adjusted at the same time. The mechs did a fantastic job. Steering wheel nice and central now and not pulling to the left. Friendly and professional staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks Formula one.

Had a slight accident with a curb and caused a bit of damage to underneath, rang them and they managed to squeeze me in at very short notice. Brilliant job, really nice ppl, will definitely be going back again. So helpful. Can't thank them enough for sorting it so quickly as I needed car due to moving house .
