I have used this service on 6th feb from airport to G13. The driver who was behind the wheel can’t understand the English when I saying my address and was very rude with me. The total fare was £22.40 and gave £50. The driver gave me change £27 and saying “that’s it man I have”. What does it mean? Can’t they know how to behave with customers? I have asked him to call my landlord number at the location because I didn’t have phone network at that time and he’s saying “NO MAN I don’t “ and keep on murmuring. Better to tell how to behave with customers. I know all drivers are not being like that but I just want to admit the incident.useless fellow

Waited for an hour outside airport with 50 plus people in line. If you have a taxi cue people expect more to come. It’s 1am and no cabs are coming

Very poor service. Paid for a pickup at Glasgow airport and this company never arrived. Ended up taking an airport taxi which was only £16.50 to the city much cheaper than I originally paid from this company. REFUSING TO GIVE ME A REFUND!!!! Having to go through card company now.

Alan was a fantastic driver, very polite, friendly and helpful. The service was comfortable and convenient, and the driver was happy to share tips and advice about the city. The car was comfy and clean. I have absolutely no complaints - brilliant service.
