Went to get my nails done payed 40 for uneven shapes and uneven gems texted them on fb for no reply to go get them fixed for them to only fix the writing and the gems even then haven’t sorted them properly Half of them don’t put the full effort in that should be for a set leaving the customer leave with two completely different Hand designs both times and half of them don’t properly understand English because i had to repeat my self when asking for the j re done multiple times and the man tried to take the gem off but i could tell he genuinely wanted to help fix the mistake made i understand it’s hard to get them completely the same but it wasn’t even remotely the same it was all very rushed and wasn’t hygienic because one of the men doing nails had a glove on And a customer had a wort on her finger he kept the same glove used for another customer, if you decide to get your nails done here ask for josh he’s amazing also read some more reviews and they reply back saying text their fb when you do you don’t get a reply .

I got my nails done here last week amd paid 27 pounds, for wonky nails, all different thicknesses and lengths, and they are see through and discoloured, would not recommend at all.

got acrylic nails many problem with them i asked for stiletto shape multiple times but she continued to do a coffin shape nail and even saying that’s im not happy with the shape it was not changed at all, one of the nails has been put on wonky and none of them even look similar shapes not worth the price of £30 don’t recommend

Avoid at all cost. Came in as I desperately need 5 acrylics removed, sat down and he took on plain acrylic nail out the box and started peeling one off even though some nails were still adhered. One the second one it removed a lot of my natural nail and I noticed I was bleeding once it was completely removed. He was about to continue when I said there must be a better way of doing this and only then took out the drill. They’re lucky I even paid them at all but I surely won’t be returning.

USA nails is to be avoided at all costs, I went to get my acrylics taken off and a new set put on. Firstly, the man was very rough when taking off the nails, so much so that I found that my cuticles were actually bleeding after. Secondly, he only soaked and properly removed all the acrylic from one hand, leaving OLD ACRYLIC on the other hand when putting new nails on. When I questioned him about this very apparent mistake he belittled me and said ‘no it’s fine’, I’m not blind - it was obviously ‘not fine’. Anyway, to make things even worse the nails they did looked vile and nothing like the reference photo I showed. Really poor quality. I actually heard another customer complaining about her nails being done wrong and one employee snapped at her to ‘stop thinking about this’ to which there were audible gasps from other customers.Long story short they botched my nails, I had to go to another salon afterwards and get them to fix them. The PROFESSIONALS there agreed with me and said my nail beds look like they’ve gone through hell and that the colour was completely off and the nails were poor quality acrylic.Save your money - and if you do be silly and decide to go here be aware that they’ll 100% try to overcharge you.

Went in today despite seeing somenegative reviews. Don’t really understand what all the fuss is about. Service was polite and had a laugh with the man painting the acrylics. Asked for simple french square acrylics and got exactly that. Perfect for students as they offer discount. I left feeling very satisfied with my nails. The only thing that was negative about my experience was the teenage girls waiting to have their nails done who were being extremely rude to the staff members. However this is out of their hands. Despite this, i will be returning for regular appointments. Perfect forstudents

Good and friendly service, asked for something plain and simple and the guy who was doing my nails freestyled and added a few things that he said wouldLook good and I wasn’t disappointed! Definitely exceeded my expectations! Looks so much better than what I asked for!

Excellent value for money, I get both my eyebrows and nails done here regularly and am always extremely satisfied with the service.

Do not go here !! I had the worst experience. Paid 30 pounds for a full set of acrylics for them to be uneven the nails were all different shapes and sizes. They filed my fingers to the point they were sore !! The nail tech if you could call him this left half way through to start another customers nails !! I asked for a refund they were rude and unapologetic . They wouldn't refund me till all the nails were removed which considering how sore my fingers were was painful soaking them In acetone. They were rushed and a complete mess. The worst set I have ever had Avoid at all costs

the nails were bulky, wide & really poorly applicated . i wanted gel , was given acrylic. the lady doing my nails was doing another girls nails despite the fact i came first. what i wanted was simple and should’ve taken max 45 minutes, but took double that. literally the ugliest nails i’ve ever had, so disappointed and regret even getting them done. you can tell the woman who was doing my nails was just trying to get as many nails done as possible, rather than taking the time to actually give customers what they want. won’t see me again lol
