These guys are beyond professional, would give them more than 5 stars if it was possible. I was a proper nightmare customer and they were accommodating every step of the way (for months) and didn't charge me one penny for all the hassle I caused them. Can't recommend them enough - they've done a couple of repairs for me, always at a reasonable price, prompt and give really good advice. 10/10

Mike and the team at VWS were a pleasure to deal with. Wifes A4 cabriolet roof stopped working, booked it in on Wednesday and picked up the car the following day all repaired with the roof working perfectly. This is definitely a garage to use if you want good service by a knowledgeable group of people. Thanks for a fantastic experience

My partner - took her Audi A3 Cabriolet here for some works after an MOT fail on a very small thing. Also the roof had stopped reclining. The guys at VWS offered a prompt, reasonably priced service. They dropped the vehicle back to MOT centre and returned the car. The customer service experienced is incredible - they commented that they enjoyed finding the fault with the roof. We would thoroughly recommend.

From initial enquiry to completion, Steven has been fantastic and well communicative. VWS were able to assist me in locating some unlisted parts for a VW caddy along with associated parts, nothing was too much trouble and I will 100% be using their services again, whether this be supply or service.Many thanks once more.

Car was popping from exhaust on decelerate and changing from 1st to 2nd when warmed up. Also wasn't pulling as well as it should. VWS took for a road test and said they couldn't find anything wrong and didn't pop at all. It was mentioned that the maf reading was fluctuating a little. Paid £39 and by the time I was heading out of Exeter it was popping. I've since fitted a boost gauge and it reads 16 psi peak. It should be about 20psi, so not boosting fully as I'd thought.Also on the job sheet is says I need to go to the remap company before any further work... It was remapped 3 years ago and been fine until now!I was told these guys were the ones to go to in Exeter but I've been left disappointed, forty quid down and still got a faulty car ☹️UPDATE:Took my car to a proper Audi specialist who quickly determined that the maf was faulty and lamda sensor not working... Not exactly rocket science!

Really impressed with the front of house. Very helpful. Workshop looked clean and tidy. Came through with a comprehensive quote in little time. VWS' price was nearly 20% cheaper than others. In the end my car was seviced somewhere else due to an earlier booking coming good and a price match but I won't hesitate to book with VWS going forward
