I’m being here for the first time and the guy was extremely helpful and supportive. So, I booked a test drive which is Audi a3. Nothing else that I could say about this company but excellent! I’ve got the car in the same day with no issues. However, I would recommend friends and family to get a car here and I will definitely come back here again!

My son spotted this fantastic Mercedes GLE on Auto trader and said that Paragon Cars had excellent reviews. I contacted Shiel who was very helpful and sent me two personalised, videos one of the outside of the car and one of the inside. I really liked the car but was undecided. After several days I went and looked at the car. At no point was Shiel pushy about me buying the car and what impressed me was his detailed knowledge of the car and all the technology on board. Again several days later after looking at a couple of other cars and contacting Mercedes to get their take on the car, I made the decision to buy. At no point did I feel pressured.The whole experience has been exceptional from start to finish. I cannot recommend Shiel and his team highly enough and thanks for the bottle of wine and chocolates which was a nice surprise.
