It is always my to go restaurant in crewe! I love their spicy chickpeas pitta. Full of flavour. I love their pitta with human & drizzle as their starter. This is full pf energy and tastes.

Found multiple red brown curly hair in both of my chicken wraps in the middle of eating them (I have blonde straight hair). It really put me off going to this nandos again. To be fair they did give me a refund for my food though. It did make me heave and the thought of having a nandos now makes me feel a little sick.

I'm usually a creature of habit and order the same thing, but tonight I was tempted to try the Sunset Burger. Don't get me wrong, I know that company food pictures are nicer than the reality but come on! What I had delivered looked like there'd been a fight to get the chicken on the 'bun' and the Lettuce gave up on life with only two sad pieces making it on to the burger. The garlic bread is a huge cry for help too! I will say the Peri Peri Chips were perfect though so I guess 1 out of 3 isn't bad...

The first time I went here, the chicken was a bit dry and the flavour wasn’t really there. The second time was much better (could also be because it was a dine in but that shouldn’t really affect it that much).It’s pretty standard. I get the lemon and herb and just add hot sauce on the side. I liked the peri peri fries and coleslaw.They also have NHS discount so make sure to have your ID ready.

I visited Nandos on a Wednesday lunchtime and had an OK visit. The food was nice although felt it was a little pricey for what we had as it was a little basic. The service could have been better, it wasn't clear that we needed to order at the till (we hadn't eaten at Nandos before) and when I ordered at the till the server didn't seem to know what they were doing. Overall just an OK visit.

Awful customer experience... AVOID CREWE NANDOS...This evening we chose Nandos in Crewe amongst the fierce competitors locally. We are not regulars to Nandos and unsure what the procedure was to order our food and drinks. We were seated, menus provided and asked if we had visited Nandos recently, in which we replied no! The staff member then walked off and stood by the tills! 20 minutes later he then walked passed us without any acknowledgement despite us trying to raise his attention. An absolutely awful customer experience, so we walked out, never to return! Shame really, because we are also in the market for booking groups in local restaurants... Nandos will not be in the running i'm afraid! So Nandos step up and get your act together, your brand means nothing without customers!

Ordered online, 4 boneless chicken thighs and a side of chips and 1/2 chicken with chips. Came to £40, the chicken didn’t even come, so all we had for our dinner was cold chips. Absolutely shocking. Would never go there again.
