Great people providing a great service. I have had lenses replaced in my current frames, no pressure to buy new frames or second pairs. Felt eyetest was thorough and issues with my sight explained in an easily understandable way. Have been a customer for about 10 years

Very helpful staff at the Brighton branch. Good selection of frames including more top of the range as well as standard. They do 4 x monthly installments interest free if you want to spread the cost. Feels different to the standard popular opticians, more specialised.

Easily the best opticians! Reception staff always fantastic, thorough eye tests, great selection of frames from top designers to more budget-friendly options. Lenses are very high quality too! All staff are very friendly and helpful - would recommend Eyesite to anyone and everyone! :)

A great eye test this morning. Everything was very smooth, efficient, punctual and professional. All the staff were courteous and helpful. My test was carried out by Olivia Narramore. She was simply brilliant. Everything was carried out with a perfect blend of care and experienced efficiency. Olivia explained all the details of the photographic evidence with great clarity and answered my questions with authoritative ease. She was just perfect and I would like to thank her for her first class work, her dynamic focussed approach. She is absolutely terrific.

Thank you very much for assessing me at your Brighton centre. As directed, I went to the Eye Hospital and following further assessments I was booked in for emergency eye surgery to rectify the detached retina which you detected. Yesterday I underwent Cryo/buckle surgery under general anaesthetic. I am at home now and it is early days but I am recovering well.Thank you very much for your swift action. These last few days have demonstrated how efficiently and effectively Eyestight works with the NHS to treat me and others. And, I have to say, this is not the first time that I have experienced your system working well.Further good news is that I am likely to be able to enjoy my 60th birthday in Costa Rica!Many thanks for your support.

Very expensive. But I think highly competent. I was annoyed at the service. I bought glasses that cost over 1,000 pounds. They didn’t text to tell me they were in. I had to wait when I went to pick them up. You sort of expect better service when you pay such a ridiculous premium.

I went to Eyesite because it looked bright, clean & professional. So glad I did! I saw a brilliant optician, Graham, who carried out extensive tests which resulted in me going to the eye hospital for an operation on my right eye which greatly improved my vision - it was like a miracle!I now have a different eye problem & Graham again carried out tests on 2 occasions & he has referred me back to the eye hospital who can do more complicated tests. I am very happy with this & that someone actually listens to me & acts accordingly.I shall recommend all my family & friends to Eyesite!
