Requested a sample of oak and it arrived the following day. Then ordered the twisted oak spindles that arrived promptly and are of great quality. Customer service was fantastic, prompt delivery and excellent products. Highly recommend.

Good shop. Not seen any other stairs showroom. Have most things you need for your stairs. Gets very busy on Saturdays. Make sure you browse the website before hand and get a feel for what they offer, prices and what you want. You can order online too but there is a £20 charge.

Ordered oak posts, top and bottom rails, spindles, connections and oak filler over the phone. Delivered on the agreed day. Beautifully packed, no damage, all parts correct. The dimensions were all very precise and the components were a joy to work with. Very little sanding required due to a good finish and the end result is amazing. They were also the cheapest! Definitely recommend this family firm.

Well priced products of good quality. Online ordering is straightforward and the ability to choose a delivery date is a bonus. After I had an issue with one item, the customer service was excellent and they sent a replacement out the following day. Thank you, would recommend.
