Absolutely brilliant.At the end of what can only be described as the week from hell to discover my drain was blocked tipped me over the edge. After phoning Coastal in tears and explaining my situation they had George out within an hour and the drain completely unblocked. But what was more important was how understanding George was and he even took the time to listen to me waffle about my situation. What a credit to the team.. thank you guys.

A great service. George, who did the work, was very efficient, polite and understanding. He brought his experience to bear to quickly identify and deal with the main blockage. The deduction for being an OAP was applied with a smile. I would certainly use Coastal Drains again.

Spotted drain pit backed up and leaking out at bottom of driveway. Based on a recommendation from another plumber I emailed Coastal at about 10pm. Sorted by 10am, what more could I ask for!

We rang about an emergency drainage issue at our rental apartment, being rental tenants we were concerned about making sure the job was done quickly and effectively, as well as a company who were willing to work across communication with 2/3 parties (landlords, building managers etc).Coastal drains were brilliant throughout the process, going above and beyond to not only fix the issue within 24 hours, but liaising with everyone needed and keeping us updated with the process, what they found, and documenting this to ensure that the route of the problem was found and accurately attributed.
