Sparkle My Home Ltd Cleaning And Property Maintenance

Sparkle My Home came to our rented property to do some maintenance work. The service we received was very professional and friendly, we were kept in contact with and updated via a Whatsapp group which I found very useful as it is often difficult to take phone calls with work etc. A very good job was done by Gurjit and he even gave us pointers and advice for helping to maintain the work he had done and further advice on what else could do with being improved. Would definitely recommend!

I am so glad I made a call to Sparkle My Home. I originally rang to ask for a quote to clean my son's appartment after he vacated it at short notice, since I wasn't happy with the response from his landlord. Gurjit was so helpful and supportive, with lots of good advice. He didn't just see it as an opportunity to accept another job, instead he advised me of the landlord's responsibilities and felt that the charges he was expecting my son to pay, were not reasonable. After a number of emails and txts between my son and his landlord, Gurjit stepped in and intervened. It was so good to have someone supporting us through what was a very stressful situation - Gurjit definitely went above and beyond what I would have expected from any company. The good news is that the landlord agreed to have the appartment cleaned at no cost to my son. So although Sparkle My Home did not carry out the cleaning, I would have no hesitation in recommending the Company for great customer service which I can only imagine is reflected in their standard of cleaning. Thank you Gurjit. If ever I need a cleaning service, I will definitely call you first.

Excellent service, highly recommended. We hired Sparkle My Home to clean my parents' house that has not been deep cleaned in over 30 years. They did an amazing job. Considering the size of the house and the fact that they had to work around us, while we were decluttering the place, it didn't really take them that long. They were all lovely people, very accommodating and understanding, and worked really hard to help us finish before our deadline. Seems like one of those rare family-ran companies that are a pleasure to work for and with. Everything was cleaned, just as promised - from shelves and windows, through light switches and lamp shades, to kitchen drawers and floors. Parents were so impressed with the service, they have hired Sparkle for a regular fortnightly clean. If you are looking for a reliable and honest cleaning company, I highly recommend them. They are very helpful, not trying to swing for more money, everything is up-front and the communication throughout is something else. I'd trust them with my elderly parents any day and will definitely keep them in mind for future reference.

Contacted Gurjit at sparkle my home Ltd as our current cleaners let me down. He came to our offices same day to have a look, gave me a quote and had cleaners arranged the next day which ensured I could open my offices after lockdown. Brilliant, responsive service. Would recommend them highly.

I got in touch with ‘sparkle my home’ when I saw their banner on the A6. I was in need of some cleaners to do a deep clean in an empty house that my in-laws were due to move into. At the time of contacting Sandy, we were unsure if the completion was going to go ahead as due to covid 2 dates had already passed which were unsuccessful.Sandy advised me on the best way forward and made me feel like I had chosen the right company straight away.Thankfully the house went through and Gurjit met me at (the then empty) house within hours of us getting the keys. He assessed the work and was very thorough with details of what they would be doing which made me feel like I was getting good value for money.We had booked the clean for the next day and once again Gurjit met me there in the morning. Unfortunately the house was not like he had seen it the evening before as the furniture Ahmad not all fit into the garage as planned and the house was pretty much full!This did not phase Gurjit and although he was honest that it would be been a better clean with an empty house, he assured me that they would still do everything we discussed.I was not disappointed!When we returned to the house later that evening (to adhere to distancing and government guidelines we stayed away from the property) both Sandy and Gurjit were there to talk me through what had been done and to allow me to check the work. As soon as I walked into the house it looked and smelt AMAZING!!Even with boxes and furniture placed everywhere you could notice the difference.I would fully recommend using Sparkle My Home. It’s very hard to come across high quality cleaners and they are definitely worth every penny.I’m so impressed I’m going to use their services weekly!

I had a terrible issue when my wardrobe rail snapped, Gurjit assessed the issue and found poor workmanship from our previous fitter.He gave us two solutions and helped us stick to our budget.The company sent someone out and got the job done in under three working days, phenomenal considering how busy they are.I see why they came recommended.
