The Auto Workshop - First Stop
Very friendly and clean and tidy site. I meet different peoples at site and found all of them very informative about vehicle issues. I had done my Toyota prius Mot which was booked and done on same day. Steve is very nice guy. Will see them again.

The Auto Workshop - First Stop
Always wonderful. Visited here before on a recommendation from the RAC and have always been back since for services, MOT etc. Today I needed a new tyre and couldn't get the car to the garage so they called me at about 10 this morning to tell me they had they tyre and arranged a recovery driver for me. Prices are great but even more importantly for me they are always clear about what needs doing and exactly what it will cost. I am always confident of a great job being done and always know when it will be ready. Wouldn't go anywhere else now and everyone I speak to seems to say the same so highly recommended.

As someone who has never had to deal with car troubles alone before, everyone here was so kind, caring and lovely! I had to stay here for around 4 hours and couldn’t have asked to be surrounded by better people! My car was up and running and I’m very grateful for everyone who made my 4 hour wait fun!

The Auto Workshop - First Stop
This is the second time we have used The Auto Workshop for our car and honestly cannot fault them. They're good lads who know what they're talking about.We had a flat tyre, rang them up and they changed it within the hour. They looked after our toddler too supplying her with a juice carton and some biscuits (which kept her happy).I would highly recommend them and now would not go anywhere else.

Very friendly and efficient service, that didn't cost the earth. Went on for a gearbox oil change and luckily also found a differential bush had dangerously perished... saved me a fortune in unnecessary failures !!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Horrific service, appalling customer treatment and rip people off left, right and centre. Be vigilant of this garage full of unprofessional engineers and thieves, avoid at all costs! Took money to fix my vehicle and didn’t even fix it, wouldn’t refund me or carry out the promised work.

Went there to get my starter motor changed but they took advantage of me being new driver.They loosen radiator pipe n told me that radiator is damaged n it’s leaking,needs change otherwise it will damage the new start motor. Told me after they changed the started motor, left me with no choice but change the radiator. When i ask for old parts, they broke the plastic pipe of radiator n i couldn’t tell the what was actual problem with the radiator.Don’t fall for the 5 star reviews.Total rip off.

I took my electric RenaultZoe here after numerous visits to the Renault dealer and subsequent large costs. To no avail they persevered with my vehicle and found that the fault was a split pipe feeding coolant around the battery. I would totally recommend that all Renault Technicians are sent here for training !!!!A first class job! Thank you.Rob HutchingsTamworth
