Bought a steam mop which some one had returned was told that there would be no issues as was working and could take back worked 2 then failed to steam took back and had to argue to get my money back this is the third thing I have bought and doesn't work seems to be a issue with this 1 store

Would not recommend this b and m. Unbothered staff. Heard back biting from staff about me and my son, from 2 of the female staff. Didn’t want to make a scene so I just ignored it, but keep in mind that staff are really rude. Staff are too busy talking about customers rudely. Couldn’t even open 2 tills. Long queues waiting for 1 till.

Some great prices and a nice variety of items, well worth a look if your penny pinching like most at the moment! Nice helpful staff that are polite too!

Good little store. I only wish they would have smaller trollies, not everyone can use the big ones.

Terrible service. I had bought a product a couple weeks ago, used it once to see if it serves my purpose, didn't like it, decided to return and packed it back. The return policy on their website says if you're not happy with product, you can return 30 days with proof of purchase, provided the product is in original condition. Yesterday I went to return it and swap for a better product (while paying the difference in cash). The store assistant tells me its used so they can't take it back. I explained them that I have only used it once and I haven't used it in any way which can damage the product. They still say its used so they can't take it back. Their website doesn't mention anything about being used or not. I had to explain their return policy to their employees. Such a shame.

Desperately needed garden lights for birthday occasion in garden. That had exactly what I needed. Bought string light bulbs for £10 and 50 small ball coloured lights for £20. AMAZING BRILLIANT very HAPPY.
