Housing officer arbitrarily decides to enforce estate management rules against some tenants and not others. She seems to have issues with people who don't share her ethnicity. She's rude and lazy. Management support her because they couldn't care less.Repairs not done properly. Hole in my upstairs landing from floor collapsing underfoot ''repaired' with scraps of old MDF and gaffer tape. Optima inspector claims this is an adequate repair!!!The call centre have told me I've got to get my rent account in credit by £500!! Who do they think they are, harrassing tenants who barely get by to save up by hundreds of pounds for Optima to hold?? Surely this is illegal?

purchase a fob for £15. informed i would receive it 3 days later. 8 days later receive it..hamd delivered... FOB DOES NOT WORK.. conceirge has never answered in many many months... and so having to ring random people to let me in building... call optima.. wont give me a refund... yet expect me to wait another week until someone can supposedly sort fob. i work shifts and so cannot be ringing random people at 0000 wen i get in from work..
absolutely PATHETIC housing... quick to take my 15pound yet want to fob me off and make exvuses about the fob they knew was not working when they hand delivered it!!!! also advised if it wasnt sortes to wait until end of month when housing guy comes off annual leave... how do you expect people to get in and out of a building.. and why should i have to wait more than 2 weeks (next week ppl going to sort fob system) for a fob that should have been programmed and delivered within 3 days!!! also the fact that you wont give me a refund!!! like i stated above... quick to take the money!!!!

Not a good housing association dishonest unhelpful greedy for their rent. No one go with family optima they are rubbish. They enjoy ignore people's messages. And as for my housing officer i can't stand her she rather take other people's sides than back me up. Seems to me like she's racist because i am not the same colour as her. Optima are rubbish don't give a pooh about anything just their rent as long as they're getting their rent thats all they seem to love money but not get things fixed or sorted, they're the worse housing association i've a flat with.

I helped someone apply for housing and as he was successful I went him to be interviewed then a few days later to get keysThe staff were warm friendly professional. I liked the photos if the area B4 new development.

Shocking customer service. They fitted a shower in february thats hanging off the wall. Its an adapted property so no bath they have advised me not to use the shower( water and electrics) but wont be able to fix it for 14 days no washing facilities for two weeks is this legal ???? Optima called this morning the mistake was made in the call centre two polite fully equipped trades men came to fix shower. Lorraine crane deserves a special mention as she was polite and saw sence as soon as she saw the job very polite and well mannered the call centre staff could take a leaf out of her book.

there works a black woman. The reception is very brazen rough. speaks very arrogantly. I did not come to her house, I came to the office with a problem, but it’s rough very much ..... this company is very bad when there is a problem that doesn’t solve the problem

Absolutely shocking service. I have had nearly 4 months of antisocial abuse from neighbours above me who they have housed a lady and 2 children in a 1 bedroom flat. These children are never let out so I have to endure banging and running about daily. Despite complaining over 50 times now most emails are ignored. Nobody has offered any recording equipment let alone even been out to listen to the noise. I have sick of complaining to alison gilhepsy for my emails to be constantly ignored. The only time I have had any response was following a complaint to the MP. But still nobody has been out to listen to the noise. I'm just told its daily living noise. Not when its hours and hours at a time. Dont ever live in Cleveland tower unless you want to to suffer complete mental abuse.

Ruth bhullar the housing officer purposely avoids me no matter how many times i call for a urgent matter. She has intentionally made my living situation so much more difficult now that shes made me fall into arrears with council tax because im not eligble for single person discount due to still having a JOINT tenancy that ruth doesnt want to change!!she is quick to send letters threatening to kick me out! Horrible landlords.

these managers are cheating and do not want to do anything. I was deceived . said help and cheated. I'm going with my problem for a year, they do not want to help their Names. The woman’s rue manager deceived me .... and Willem Carter doesn’t even think to go out to talk to people why work if you can't go out to go out. What is the problem ...... bad service
