I had a trial session a month ago and I've been going 3 days a week since.The coaches have a lot of experience and everyone really gets stuck in. Great for fitness or if you want to get fight ready.I would highly recommend.The only negative is I wish the sessions were longer than one hour.

Amazing teachers for the kids, they make the classes fun as well as help them learn the sport. I've been taking my son (8) and daughter (11) here for MMA lessons, given that its 'fighting' I wanted to make sure it wasn't too rough, especially for my daughter who suffers with anxiety. Both my children look forward to their lessons and even asked to attend an additional session each week.
