Worst attempt of a milkshake I’ve ever seen. Also overcharged because employees can’t do simple maths. I’d rather go back for a drink with Jeffrey Dahmer at least then Il get a decent drink that’s mixed well.

Came to Shakeaway to grab myself a shake today as I hadn’t been in ages. I tried a Dave, a recommendation by James, and he was right it is delicious! James’ service was fantastic he was super speedy, friendly and clearly knows what he’s talking about! What an asset to your team! Thank you for your service and the tasty shake today ☺️

Terrible customer service. Or should I say service definitely WITHOUT a smile. Charged me for wheatgrass shot then refunded me after ages because apparently they didn’t have any. Almost served us a healthy shake which was supposed to be with yogurt but nearly got served it with ice cream until we had a convo amongst ourselves about it and the employee looked our way, halfway through the order he said how would you like it ice cream or yogurt when on the board quote clearly it states yogurt and not ice cream. The so called “manager” mumbled something when doing the refund. Totally miserable staff no smiles nothing,Understaffed and waited almost an hour to be served with just 2 customers in front of us. How this place is still running is beyond me but defo won’t be going back

Waited like 15 minutes for my drink which they made me pay for then said they couldn't make it so I had to change my order then when I get it it has no flavour what so ever. You'd think a strawberry and raspberry milkshake would taste of strawberries and raspberries but all I got was a mouthful of seeds. Do not reccomend

Can honestly say was by far the worst customer service I have ever recieved. We stood in a queue of say 4 people waited atleast 5 minutes just to be acknowledged and when we were got told to wait again. The member of staff then proceeded to drink her cheap redpoll obviously going on a break. Why not just serve the 4 people in the queue get the orders in then we wait for the actual drink. Shocking walked straight past us and didn't even say a word everyone behind us in the queue clearly did not want to wait any longer and left. So loss of service all because a member of staff couldn't take a break 1 minute later... then who I can only assume was the manager walking round counting stock not even acknowledging the horrendously slow service and another member of staff just filling up products and this poor young guy on the main shake station just very slowly doing what he had to do with no guidance almost 15 minutes later we acknowledged woohoo! No friendly manner no smile was shocking and I used to love shakeaway but I can assure you I would rather do any of the other dessert shops in such a crowded market than come back here again.. I literally walked away gob smacked with how bad it was and the milkshakes weren't even blended properly!

Great place to go to get what flavours you want and can mix them up with is the best thing

I had taken my neice for a treat at shakeaway, i ordered a malteaser and i saw the lady serving write the wrong chocolate down. I corrected her but i ordered malteaser and they had started to make snickers, luckly i saw it and corrected it. But what if she had a nut allergy, and the lady serving (red head with glasses) just brushed it of as there coudnt have been serious consiquences. Overall not happy with the service given

After my dissatisfaction with shakeaway at Winchester, I was hoping this one would still be OK. It's not. No frozen yogurt, no fruits, only one guy serving who needs to learn customer service. No more shakeaway for me.

Tried this place for the first time. Very disappointed took my order and waited 15 minutes for the guy to make my shake . He just kept taking other customers orders. I had say I am on my lunch break and have no time for this. I will not return. Shake was ok not worth the money or the wait.

Got served by staff member named Josh. Very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. The shake was not at all good but what made my experience even worse was the behavior of the staff. No please no thank you. Very disappointed.
