New Wave Doors

In short I wouldn't bother. The doors worked great after first being installed, but a few months down the line I can only use half of the door due to the top part of the frame dropping marking it impossible to open any of the panels without scratching off the paint on the frame. Something I'm sure is a simple fix, but made impossible because no one in the company responds to phonecalls or emails, or when they do finally reply after months of chasing, no fitters turn up to resolve issues and complete works(this has happened twice without any communication from new wave). Every time you ring and select the appropriate option you're met with a dishonest answer phone message saying to leave your name and number and someone will respond that day, clearly this is not the case because I have left a minimum of 10 messages and 10 emails all of which get ignored.If you fancy Risking your money then carry on, but it's a big risk backing a company that still can't complete works over a year after the original installation and haven't provided any assurance that works will ever be completed. I certainly won't be recommending the company again and have asked my architect (who on my original review did so) to stop specifying these doors onto his future drawings

The sales team showed immense patience and very knowledgeable about their product, though it did help that New Wave doors are the finest around. I’m very confident that their after sales ( especially Zoe ) will be just as impressive and guide me through the process until fitting has been completed.

Hello there, to cut it short , not happy with the service, received the doors 2weeks later that the email confirmation, was ok with but the doors are not finished?? Have requested to be dealt with through reception, don’t know if my message has been delivered to the workers?? Winter ❄️ is coming, the heating will be on and I’m afraid that steam will get in between the glass and will ruin the shades. What at my surprise is that they never come back with an answer when this/ their work will be finished. Not happy

New Wave were brilliant from start to finish. 
I thought the web site was great and we designed our door on their configurator.The price came back quickly and was easy to understand and simple to order. Zoe in sales was great.Then the booking an installation and the way the dealt with our builder made it even better 
But the fitters were the best, professionalism personified.

I was not happy with the service provided by New Wave Doors. I felt mis-led during the process and hassled into making a quick decision. I wrote an honest review from my own opinion but was threatened with legal action from the business so have been forced to change it. Tread very carefully, I have had a very bad experience.

After waiting for almost a year to have our new extension finally complete with a new door. We are very happy to finally have it installed by New Wave Doors. It’s a blessing in disguise’s what our builder did to us.for not getting what we supposed to have “Bifold doors” money and greed I suppose!So I decided to look around on the Internet and found this company, it’s took awhile to get it to us,but it was all worth the wait for us! And very please with the service and installation. Very precise and thorough and clean. So we like to thank the New wave doors for making our dreams come true and making us very happy and proud owners…

We are a window/door installation company of 35 years experience and we ordered 2 sets of new wave doors. They were easy to install and looked/operated great - just as it says on the tin! Our client was exceptionally pleased with the result.Their customer care service was exceptional - equal to the best we have received in all these years, and streets ahead of some of their peers. We would highly recommend New Wave for the above reasons and the concept is a great alternative to bulky, operationally intrusive Bi-folds. We will definitely be dealing with them again as we will recommend their use in cases where clients ask for Bi-Folds.Five Star rating deserved!

The doors work very well. We put a pair in and they make a world of difference in bringing the outdoors inside. Can't wait for spring and summer to open up the house again.
