I had an appointment the following day (I don't have pet plan)The Vet didn't rush the appointment as was very thoroughThe receptionist was lovely and explained very clearly about the medicationThe following day I had a call from the Vet/receptionists regarding the appointment as they wanted to ask a few more questions about my pet. They gave more me advise over the phone

We foster and rescue dogs and cats. This vets have taken very good care of all of them. We had the first Romanian dog to come over, the vet who was Romanian helped us with learning some phrases to say to our lovely German shepherd moshpit. Won't take our fosters or rescues to anyone else. They now help with our Ukrainian foster.

Bad experience in Parc Tawe Swansea.Enquired to neuter Oreo under Cats Protection scheme, they asked all my details via email. They said if I'm not registered the cat can't be taken on. I confirmed I was registered with a cat previously neutered there with the same scheme. The final email saidHi,It's not a problem, if you do want to get booked in you will need to give us a call on...... so we can take details and discuss dates.Whenever you are ready we are more than happy to help.Kind Regards,Vets4Pets SwanseaWent down the vet today to book Oreo and they said they can't take him because we are not registered.I read the email to the woman (she confirmed I discussed via email with her) and her response clearly stated i could phone to book the cat.Although now she claimed call to discuss.. ". Discuss what if you don't take new patients? And why telling me to call to book the cat and discuss dates?Learn how to speak English properly."

We needed an appointment for 3 days running at our cat Alfie hadn’t been well. We were accommodated, the staff looked after us as well as Alfie, unfortunately for us we had to say goodbye to him today, but the staff were amazing with both us and alfie.

Terrible. They didn't tell me about a consultation fee & are charging me for being there for less than 3 minutes. Never will go near them again or buy anything from the shop. Typical national corporate brand, i'm going local from now on.

Honestly some of the most miserable things I've had to deal with is this vets. Very vague on treatment options and telling us what was actually wrong with our cat. Got him micro chipped only to be told by our new vets that there's no chip inside him. Countless times we phoned to ask something and we're told we'd get a call back and didn't get one. And they took forever to do their side of a pet insurance claim. Heard other horror stories from the waiting room aswell from other pet owners.

All the staff, from the vets, the nurses to the girls on the reception desk are very helpful. All staff are very patient and caring, which is what you want when your pet is concerned. The nurse Rachel was very helpful with the microchip information. One thing- You guys need to employ another vet. Busy vetinary surgery with one vet.Keep the good work up girls

Reception staff very unfriendly, need some customer care training, never once even acknowledged my pet! Recent visit to vet, my dog loves to be affectionate to everyone she meets, wanted to give vet kisses as she was checking her over, and was met with being told,I don’t want kisses from you, what a real Animal Lover!Used another different practice, previously, when my dog wasn’t well, greeted by very friendly reception staff, who even came around desk to fuss my dog!went into see vet,who was a real animal lover even sat on the floor making a real fuss of her, cuddling and kissing her and really made a fuss of her,and in exchange my dog exchanged the Love.Would definitely not visit here again so unfeeling, thought their jobs were all about the Animals.Went to collect flea treatment a few weeks b4 and got grunted at by reception staff and no eye contact, came away feeling really disappointed.
