Great help but not enough staff so the queue was lengthy with customers becoming impatient. One member of staff on the trade counter for the 30 mins I was there.

Nice bunch of helpful people. Could do with another branch in High Wycombe area as it gets busy, waiting times become long and there is very limited spaces for parking.I generally do click and collect so on a Saturdays and Sundays there is limited staff so the waiting time can be longer. Average waiting time is 6 to 8 minutes.I ordered shock absorber and exhaust pipe for my Ford S Max at very good prices. Euro Cart Parts have a very large collection of parts and online you will mostly find offers running so some time you may get up to 60% off.

I know it's cliché, but I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered two parts for delivery on the 4th of December. Nearly two months go buy and no order, or communication as to where my order is.I go to the shop in question to inquire, and I'm told to contact customer services (who were very helpful) and I get an email apologising, and I will be refunded. The refund is then only for one item, so I had to contact them again to sort it.Oh, it's also hard to park because the delivery drivers take all the spaces.

This place only always has one person working at the till. You can always hear staff members shouting in the back. Absolutely shocking store. Slow service.

Good range of products available and they had what I wanted, staff serving was very friendly and helpful. My big issues with this place are that there is hardly ever any parking as the spaces are taken up by the euro car parts vans and there is nearly always a queue in there with quite a wait as there is often only 1 person serving (as there was on this visit and I waited for 15/20 minutes in line before being served). There was no delay on the part of the person out front, but I would have expected someone to come out and help serve with them, or for them to ask for someone to come and help.
