Change your couriers is all i can say.After providing proof of parcel being left in a different location to us within the building , they still wouldn't refund or replace the items we didn't get.We then had the courier ringing my personal number asking me to lie to say that he had infact delivered the parcel to us, extremely unprofessional.The courier al so fraudulently signed for the parcel and admitted doing so.Unfortunately we wont be using you again, we did appreciate the professionalism from your customer service team though i must say, but seriously consider using somebody else but DHL.Thank you

Recieved old melted frosting with white stuff growing on it. Awful customer service: I was told the product was fine then my further Email ignored. No apology. I wouldn't add dense frosting with floating white bits to a cake! Wasted over £120, had to reorder elsewhere AVOID

What can I say every design I have brought to them they have been fantastic nothing is too much trouble. My husband had my 30th cake made and we've used them ever since and will continue to use them for years to come.Excellent family business friendly and excellent quality of cake's

I initially placed some items in my basket but didn't get around to buying, so then they sent me a discount code. It wasn't working. So I phoned up and was told to make the purchase and then a discount will be applied after. Turns out, I don't qualify for the discount because you have to spend over a certain amount. At no point was I told this. They are being firm on now not offering a discount and happy for me to return the items. Charming... Unfair Trading Regulations and Consumer Rights Act comes to mind, but whatever...

Amazing cakes. So professional and yet the staff are so approachable and lovely. They made my wedding cake and I've had other cakes too. The last being a tower of cupcakes with a musical theme for a party. Everyone said they were the best cupcakes they have ever eaten.

Had a good experience with ordering. Just down side was I never got my order on delivery day I was told and never received a item and was told that I would get a refund and I have emailed and got a response to say it will be sorted and still no refund or response to recent email in regards to the refund Stephanie said she would have sorted with accounts

This is a review on behalf of my partner Janet Graham. Janet recently ordered a small item from this company and paid more for next day delivery than she did for the actual item.It was our son's 7th birthday on 12th October, by paying next day delivery, I should have received my item on Saturday 8th October however, we didn't receive the item. I waited until Monday 10th October but still didn't receive anything. I contacted the carrier DHL who informed me me they didn't have anything for me, so I contacted The Cake & Sugarcraft store. Had an email back to say apologies, they would contact the carrier. Still no package. On Tuesday 11th October I emailed the company again and said I'd like a refund please as now it would be too late to make use of the items I'd ordered. Once again I was advised they would speak to the carrier! Wednesday 12th came, my son's birthday and still nothing! Emailed again today (13th October) requesting a refund once again and received what I consider to be just an excuse as to why these things have to take time! DON'T use this company. They are terrible. Extremely disappointing and had us running round trying to find a similar item locally! BE WARNED!!!!!! Thank you. Janet & Barry
