Ordered and received same day before 2pm ! A1 really went above and beyond for us a we needed a skip quickly.Messaged for collection via WhatsApp in the evening and was collected next day early morning! Can’t fault the service thanks!

I have used A1 skips a few times over the last year and I am so pleased with their service. I call to order a skip almost everytime it is available on the same day or within the next 24 hours. The price is very competitive and reasonable and as soon as you're ready for them to collect it is done straight away. Great customer service. I've used to move house to sort the garden to empty a family member property and to renovate a kitchen. I dont go anywhere else.

We wanted to hire a small skip at short notice and everywhere I tried was booked. A1 skips said they had an alternative 'caged van' they had available with driver and the caged van would hold as much as a small skip. We were moving house so had all sorts of random things to dispose of from garage, garden, etc. Driver arrived 15 minutes early, super friendly and helpful and helped my son load up. You have the driver for up to 2 hours who helps and you pay at the end based on how much you need taken away. Never used this service before but the staff from booking, to delivery, to helping carry and loading and paying at the end were great. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Fantastic company, brilliant customer service. On the day of delivery I realized I had under estimated the size of the skip required. One quick message to A1 and within 5 minutes order amended. To top it off on a bank holiday to. THANKYOU A1 for amazing customer service!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, however I can't. We were waiting for a skip to be delivered on the Friday after ordering and paying £200 on the Wednesday before. The skip didn't turn up and they said they had no recollection of us ordering the skip but took the money. We couldn't get hold of them and when we did they weren't helpful in the slightest. We have shown proof of transaction and proof of the phone call and are still waiting for them to say whether they will refund us. Would not recommend at all. We are taking further action to get our money back.

A1 skip offers good price and excellent service! We ordered two skips from them and they were so easy to deal with. We had too much waste that we were not sure if we could put them into the skip because we didn’t want to over load the skip, so we left them next to the skip. We would understand if they didn’t collect those but to our surprise, they took everything! If anyone is after a skip, I highly recommend A1

We used the service where they turned up with the skip and we had 30 minutes to fill it. It worked really well. Great not to have a skip outside the house for ages. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Impressed. I have not previously hired a skip. My priority was protecting the environment. The helpful staff at A1 skips explained their commitment to recycle 90% of skip waste. They were able to comprehensively answer my questions on recycling. The drivers were punctual and helpful. Two skips later I am also impressed with service and value for money.

The skip was delivered promptly and is a competitive price. But it will sit on your drive for the full 14 days despite your best efforts to have them pick it up sooner. Rang once 3 days after delivery to request pick up and again towards end of 2 week hire.

Awful customer service. Delivered late, double payment demanded, 1 week to refund duplicate payment after chasing, 5 days late collecting after chasing. Awful service, no apology or acknowledgement of company errors, messages ignored and promised call backs not delivered upon. Would not recommend.
