Just excellent!! Turned down by 3 banks and wasted nearly 6 months...I'd almost given up, tried these guys as a last resort and couldn't have asked for more! Sorted the perfect mortgage and kept me updated through a rather stressful time. If your worried about your credit history/rating...speak to Lee @ Option Finance before doing anything else, just wish I'd come across them first!!!

Amazing service from Lee and the team at Option Finance. I needed to get my mortgage sorted fairly quickly after having sold our house faster than expected and having an offer accepted on our new house. Lee sorted the AIP within 10 mins and had a full mortgage offer subject to valuation within a few hours. Completely stress-free process and couldn't have asked for better advice. All the paperwork was with my solicitors within a week.

Gets the most impossible mortgage approved. Really committed and work outside of working hours to make sure the mortgage is approved. I was turned down by 3 banks due to other lazy brokers and these guys got the job done! Amazing service, have recommended them to other people.

Issues with with existing lender prompted me to look for another mortgage. Tried one broker who couldn't help and then came across Option Finance and spoke to Tom, who managed to source a fantastic offer within a few hours! Amazing service!

Tom was brilliant from start to finish. We had problems securing a mortgage with other brokers but Tom got us a great deal and was easily contactable throughout. I would 100% recommend, we were first time buyers and he was patient with us throughout the process!

I cannot recommend Option finance enough! Cassie was absolutely fantastic all the way through. After previously speaking to a different mortgage advisor we were told we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage without 3 years accounts, however cassie was able to secure us a mortgage in principle with just 3 months CIS payslips within a day! And we have received our mortgage offer for our first home within 3days. Cassie was so quick to answer any queries we had and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a house. We cannot thank Cassie enough for all her help, we really appreciate everything she has done. We would recommend Option finance to anyone, especially if you are self employed and struggling to get a mortgage.

Really poor service!Worst experience ever!I dealt with them after a google search in which they appeared as being specialist for contractors.After a first call with them, they asked few documents.I’ve sent everything over and no one contacted me for about 2 weeks .I’ve chased them serveral times without any reply!It’s absolutely ridiculous.

Most helpful people. Stuck with us through the process.( from paperwork to communications with the other parties involved). Laura was very good in dealing with the other parties.
