Excellent job by Theresa and Denise. We set them quite a challenge with a pair of UPVC doors needing a new locking mechanism, which it turned out was discontinued. They persevered though, and obtained one from the manufacturer, and fitted it in good time. Very attentive and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Our front door lock wasn't working. After a failed attempt by another locksmith, I called Misspicks and SO glad I did. It was a really tricky problem but Theresa and Denise worked it out logically, fixed the lock and I couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them!

Quick response and really great service. I couldn't be there when they fixed my door so they sent me pictures of what was causing the problem and of the new mechanism once installed. Highly recommended.
