Very good grammar school, exceptional opportunities for children, to learn, play sport and do well.

I attended this school for 5 years and was unhappy for most of them.Non supportive teachers who do nothing about the terrible bullying. When bullying is reported they merely side with the bullies and essentially tell you to be quiet.Only interested in their league tables and convincing parents to send their children to a school that is a toxic environment for children.They care nothing for your happiness and most of the lessons are spent listening to teachers voicing their very strong political opinions and if you don’t happen to be of their political persuasion you suffer the consequences.  So glad that I left.  Wish I had left sooner, and I feel sorry for those pupils still there. This is just one of many experiences.

I’ve looked at the reviews and realised most of the bad ones are about bullying, personally, in my time here I have experienced bullying but not much as the teachers are very quick to disperse the argument/fight, everything else I think is just good comments mainly.

A great school with a wide variety to learning, including media arts, technology and academics. Many extra curricular activities to get involved in, great kind teachers, respectable students. A brilliant school.Sporting events are frequent, many exciting clubs that take place throughout lunch and after school times, and great relationships between all staff and students.

I spent my golden years at this school, and the memories I had in this school are irreplaceable. The staff, the students and the quality of the school is exemplar. Thank you for the memories.

This independent school offers the very best of education to students from nursery age up to the upper sixth. They teach the widest variety of courses and the best of staff are hired to help each and every student do their best. The curriculum spreads evenly between academics and extra curricular activities, unlike most other schools. The school strongly encourages creativity. The best of schools in Northern England. My son really enjoys going here and his tutors are able to bring out the best in him and help him excel.

They booked a assessment session for my daughter , sent an email in December, and then the day before assessment called me and changed the plan , afte 40 minutes they call me and said session is finished and then the result came that they can’t accept my daughter I don’t know what to expect from a 5 year old ?? So unfair
