Required a structural report and this company was very efficient and responsive. Aneesha was Co-operative and managed to obtain a surveyor within a tight deadline. Kept me updated at all times. I highly recommend this company to others and will surely be recommending to family/friends.

Very happy with the service. I asked for a full engineer structure report for my domestic extension with included steel beam calculations, load bear qualities, and roof specifications. Mohammed was very knowledgeable, explained the process efficiently, offered a good price and completed the report to a very high standard. He was more than happy to answer related building questions I had, which put me on the right step.I will definitely recommend, and will employ for projects in future. 5 stars.

Avoid. Expensive and the builders I approached for estimates found several issues with the plans which made it challenging to provide an accurate quote. To add salt to wounds they refused to provide a printed copy of the key plans to scale unless I paid extra silly money.This review is based on opinions from experienced builders who have seen the plans. They must have a point!

Excellent service from beginning to end. I was handled with great professionalism at every stage. From the first phone call to arrange booking me in, to the site visit and receiving my the drawings and calculations. It was all impeccably handled and I was greeted with politeness. I had a very good experience with Structural Hub Ltd, as they did the survey for a building for me, and they told me about all the defects there and gave me advise about how to solve it in the future if needed. I used Structural hub for advice on steel measurements for our double storey extension. Mohamed was able to give us great advice for this project and we received our reports within timescales. I highly recommend Structural hub as we have had to get further advice after we came across a wooden timber which was supporting an old chimney breast.Mohamed advised us to remove the chimney breast which saved us further costs on reports . I would definitely use this company again as they are efficient and provided professional advice.

Can not thank the Structural Hub Ltd I am piling for the first time and no doubt being a right pain in the arse client with all the questions I am asking. But the team have been so patient answering all my question. We had a hurdle while the piling team arrived to day I was able to contact Mo and suggest a change, I got a reply instantly and drawing with in a few hours meaning we lost no time. Great firm highly recommend!
