Ordered from Bolton shop online on their website for delivery. Something went wrong with the end of the transaction and I got an error, so I called the mobile number to check the order had gone through. Chap on the phone was pleasant and polite and confirmed they had the order. Online it said delivery estimate was 50+ minutes, but the food arrived in just over 30.Driver was pleasant, didn't put the bag on the floor (which some do and it annoys the heck outta me!) and everything was well packaged. I had an Angus double burger, hubby had an Angus double smoking burger meal.The burgers were wrapped then boxed, looked very appetising, (not a thrown-together mess in a box) and smelled and tasted amazing.Juicy burgers without being greasy. Just the right amount of salad and sauce to not make the bun soggy and I'd ordered extra turkey rasher" and onion on my Angus double

I thought we'd try here after being recommended by a friend and getting a discount code. The milkshakes were good but the rest of the food just wasn't great. The burgers were dry and overcooked, the chicken coating on the loaded fries was very over salty and the whole thing just wasn't nice. We'll be sticking to SMASHIES in future.

Sent wrong order, phoned them up but they couldn't be bothered to sort out. Guy on the phone just says 'will phone u back 'and puts phone down. Food they sent was average, not worth what they are charging.plenty other good burger places in Bolton.

Ordered a few times and it has always been amazing. Sunday I ordered at 17:30 and did not receive the order until 19:45. Once I opened the food it was not cooked inside the burgers, I called and advised I wanted a refund as the food was not cooked even offered to send photos but was assured I would receive a refund but still noting. Will not be ordering again as this is not acceptable. If you promise someone a refund because you can’t be bothered to cook the food properly then honour it

I have been to many burger shops in whole England but trying Hastag was such an awesome experience. The staff is also considerate and amazing. I tried double angus beef burger and its taste was such a unique experience.Anyone who is going through my review bear in mind Hastag Burgers is 100% recommended place for fast food!

Tried this place for the first time tonight and it was lovely. We had the Grilled chicken burger and Double Griller meals and would definitely order again. Hot food, quality ingredients and fast delivery.
