From the very first contact the service has been five star plus! We had a new WiFi and CCTV system installation at our B&B. Ian carried out the initial survey and made his recommendations which we approved in full. Sarah in the office managed the job keeping us fully informed on how the work was going to proceed. I was having a last minute nightmare with my Mac which I needed sorting before I went away that evening, I was in Barnstaple and called lineal and within 5 minutes I was sat with an expert who had my Mac running back up to speed in under half an hour. The staff were genuine nice people and we're happy to help me out. It's great to be able to get good technical help right in north Devon, no need to go all the way to Exeter! Froth on!

Today is the second time Lineal has helped me with some tech issue. Last year they did a great job upgrading my MacBook Pro. Today they helped solve a problem with a Dell monitor webcam and a Dell laptop running Linux. Ian, one of their tech support engineers, went through all of the issues until he identified the problem and suggested a solution. Great job! I really recommend Lineal..Simon, Braunton, North Devon
