Good atmosphere, good tapas, good value. To be picky, the prawn tempura's batter was way too heavy, it was more like sweet and sour, and the ham and cheese croquettes were too strongly flavoured. Overall, though, very good.

First off. Adam who looked after us is a asset to the restaurant. Great menu knowledge and love his honesty.Secondly Dan the Head Chef.Jefe, su comida estuvo increíble. No me puedo quejar de nada. fue un verdadero placer encontrar comida tan buena como en casa.I had one of the best tapas dining experiences in the UK.You should be F@&king proud.One small thing. Portion size!! We spoke about it. Looking forward to coming back.Thanks again

Spanish beer on tap and a good selection of tapas. The front bar area is a little tight as it has high stools and barrels to sit at but I did prefer this to the rear room which some would say was more romantic but it was just dark. The food was good and is a bit over priced but that is down to the York tourist pound. If I were to go again, I would try the sister bar on Fossgate which is more modern just to get a comparison.

Food was fantastic, service was good; dishes a little on the small side (with the exception of the seasonal crispy kale salad - which was devine) would be my only gripe.Great place to eat if you are on your own too; didn't feel out of place.Wine pairing with desert was nice too.

Great food - some of the best vegetarian tapas that I've had. Service was less than perfect - perhaps we caught the waitress on her off day. We had to ask for water 3 times before she remembered to bring it. 10 to 15 minutes after we ordered, we were told that one of the tapas was not available. 10 minutes after that we were told that our second choice was also not available. Could have been dealt with better.We will take a chance and return for the food.

My favourite restaurant chain in Yorkshire. Each Tapas is nicely portioned and filled with flavour. Prices are genuine as well. The only issue with the Goodramgate store is that the restaurant area is a bit too dimly lit. Service was good.

Hidden gem.I found this online after looking at a few places and liked it because it seemed a more local place and not a chain.The staff was very chatty and friendly. The food was great, and everyone enjoyed with no issues or gripes.The table location was ideal on a hot day being in front of the wall mounted air-con.I loved it, others not so much after a while we asked for it to be lowered in speed not to stop other's e joying the bliss.Thanks for a memorable visit.

We ate here on 2 separate occasions. A Spanish restaurant with a variety of tapas on offer.. The dishes We ate on both occasions were cooked beautifully and were presented just as well. It's also a Spanish Sherry bar which We'd never had before. But Were persuaded to try. A d We're glad We did as it was lovely and went with the food well.
