Best thing I ever did had 10 sessions first few I thought what an I doing here. Had full treatment best thing I had ever done. Feel alive again. Really recommend this to anyone even if you do not have a illness it's worth doing. Mira was amazing.

As someone who was scared of needles but really wanted to try acupuncture for an episode of Bell’s palsy and my general health, Mira has been wonderful. I've had two sessions with Mira for severe lower back pain, my chiropractor wasn't working after 3 weeks so I tired Raiki. And, wow...it actually works, it took two sessions, so don't dismiss it too quickly. Had a cup massage along with Raiki on my second trip and I could barely lift myself of the bed. Half an hour later I was a new man, 10hrs later and I'm still moving great. Have booked a third appointment and have asked Mira to give acupuncture as well as cups and Raiki. She is very accommodating and in tune with your needs. Her knowledge is outstanding and her gentle persona makes visiting her a real treat. She does Yoga and retreats too. I highly recommended Mira.
