Myself, my sister, and my parents have all had water softeners installed by Aqua concepts and they also supply our salt. What I found is that the prices are fair, and after sales service is exceptional and I highly recommend them. Andy the owner is a genuine decent human being snd treats all his customers with great care and respect. The quality of service, products and after sales care is exceptional. I highly recommend!

Andy and the team have been first rate in my experience. Straight forward on site consultation with no hard sell unlike another local kinetico supplier who spent over 2 hours attempting to pressure sell me a softener.Small hiccup post fitting (random washer failure, no fault of Andy’s) this was dealt with swiftly with an out of hours visit and nothing was too much trouble.I was really pleased with the service & would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Concepts to anyone.

I don’t leave reviews unless it’s a bad one, however, Andy at Aqua concepts was exceptional. The water softener is brilliant there customer service is perfect, and above all else punctual. Arrived spot on time for every appointment. Explained what he was going to do, and completed the job to the highest standard.I could not recommend andy and this company more! Please look at my other reviews to note my authenticity. Having read other comments I know them to be related to someone who has had more than his fair share of service from kinetico.... senior engineers including even the UK managing director has been involved so I'm going to say this once and only once my water softener is fine, my water softener works perfectly, my water softener uses a normal amount of salt and does exactly what it is supposed to do. My service level from aqua Concepts has never been less than exemplary and I am a trusted reviewer on both TripAdvisor and on Google so please make your own mind up but I can tell you my own experience and that alone. You will not go far wrong with aqua concepts Limited and the kinetico water softener.

Aqua Concepts without doubt are the best water treatment company I have ever had the pleasure to use, if you want a lesson in how to do business correctly then talk to Andy, his knowledgeable no nonsense approach to this market, like his treated water is refreshing, I made a telephone call to his office a lady called Joanne answered, she answered all my questions and made an appointment for Andy to survey and discuss what I required. That evening I got the quote, I placed the order the following day and the Kinetico system was installed a few days later installation was completed quickly.
