Stepped in. Faced with a rude manager who argued the time I booked my own appointment.She was chatting away to another customer and swearing!I think I’ve been ripped off too.I had my hair curled, which took about 15 minutes. Lovely lady so no complaints there. But it wasn’t even washed just curled using straighteners. I asked for tight curls. Got loose ones. I could have done a better job muself.She charged me £20.Won’t be going back.

I have been coming here for my hair doing for a few years now after trying different places and not being happy. Brilliant! Always pleased! I currently go to Natalie, but also highly recommend Lauren, and I have genuinely never had a bad cut here. For interest, covid precautions are also really good here and have been all the way through. Highly recommend.
