Time spent with Adrian is time well spent. He has helped me navigate through the combined emotional and spiritual carnage of an acrimonious relationship ending and a calamitous and costly civil court case compounded by a sudden and near fatal heart attack. With his wisdom, patience and non judgemental guidance he has steered me back onto a path that has enabled me to transform the seemingly irreparable shipwreck of my personal experience into a vessel of gratitude and hope which in turn makes it possible for me to be of usefulness and help to others.

I travelled from Gloucester to see Adrian which in itself speaks volumes. Adrian has an abundance of knowledge & tools. His methods are not rigid & I really felt like he came on my journey with me. I went to him with a particular issue, that I now have the tools to deal with but I came away with so much more than just this. It’s hard to put my experience into words but I would highly recommend him to anyone & have!

I have spent a lot of time with Adrian, and have witnessed that everyday he spends hours helping people. From early in the morning till late at night, people phone him or drop in for help and advice. He helps people find their direction with kindness, wisdom and grounded common sense, and sometimes a no-nonsense approach. People leave Adrian’s company with a sense of calmness and purpose, and always aware of the fact that he has their best interests at heart. Adrian loves people, and everybody who spends time with him feels that.
