The vanilla rainbow surprise cake was delicious and a great show stopper for my niece’s birthday. Everyone enjoyed it however the icing is a bit too sweet.

Lola’s Cupcakes
I bought 2 cupcakes for my children today. One with raspberry, which I always buy, and one with a lion face. The first one was fresh, the other one with lion face my son didn't like it. I immediately went home and in the car he complained that he wanted to vomit and that his stomach hurt. when we got home he vomited and had diarrhea all day. The other child was fine because he didn't eat the cupcake with problems.Still feeling unwell.Very disappointed about this experience specifically when are involved kids .It occurred on: 2023-07-07

I ordered a naked cake for my daughter 6th birthday on Boxing Day. The cake didn’t look correct (judge for yourself) and once cake was cut and shared out half the guest said it was too sweet.I can’t say I’ve been too impressed with Lola’s customer service.Paid £55 for a cake that really wasn’t great. I’ve had lots of good cakes from them in the past but asking for the cake to be returned was difficult when all that was left was half eaten cake in multiple bowls.So far my complaint has resulted in either a £30 gift card (I don’t think so) or £15 cash back (really?!)It truth what upsets me the most is my daughter asked specifically for the naked cake and thinks we didn’t buy it for her.

Ordered the mixed fruits blueberry cheesecake online. Was delivered on time and pick up was very easy. Presentation was good and tasted good too and was not too sweet/sickly which some cheesecakes can be. Also can come with free personalised message in a little card which comes with the cake. Small size was perfect for 4-6 people. Would order again.

Worst company to work my wife has been working for them for last 3 months suddenly they fired her because she took leave on the day their supervisor wanted leave! I mean seriously, If you had problem then why did you approve the leave then!! You dont deserve even 1 star!
