Great pub. Welcoming and friendly community spirit. Always things going on that are different for example pig racing. Raising money for the poppy appeal. Good service. Clean and tidy.

We've discovered this pub having moved back to the area after many years away. The staff are outstanding, very welcoming and offer great customer service in a professional but informal manner. There's a great mix of people here and it's a very positive, friendly atmosphere. We pop in here regularly now and it's refreshing to find a dog friendly pub. Drinks are always nicely presented with care and attention and we always look forward to popping in. This is a lovely, warm, cosy and exceptional pub. Thanks to all involved

Great selection of bar snacks! The service is absolutely exceptional. Staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome. Great atmosphere. Karaoke every Friday where you can sing and dance. Prices a very reasonable and you can be sure to have a fantastic day and night.

Really lovely evening spent here with a few friends who live in Cardiff and know the best family run pubs to go. Friendly staff and lots of giggles. Great selection of gins !!!

What an amazing place, I first used over 30 years ago when pubs were proper pubs. Paul & Jo the owners are great, relocated to Cardiff from Hampshire through their love for Cardiff. I look forward to seeing them both very soon
