Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you for your help and guidance with Emma’s prom dress. She had visited another shop before coming to yourself and the difference was like chalk and cheese. She felt relaxed and confident in choosing her dream dress with you and we thank you so much for this. She has worn the dress twice this week, for prom on Friday then again on our cruise celebration night two nights later!Many thanks once again.

Fancy Frox were so helpful from the beginning ! I needed to find my daughter a dress and was running out of time… they fit us in that same day and we purchased same day! The recommendations to which would suit my daughter were great! It was easy to arrange alterations within the shop and collection was also easy. They did everything they could to make this a wonderful experience for her! The comments she has received about the dress and how she wears it have been unreal! She really did look beautiful!Thank you to all the team involved.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Excellent service whilst deciding on which dress/colour for my daughter. Great work from the seamstress who altered the length of the dress. Super friendly and helpful staff throughout. Made the prom dress shopping experience a pleasure for us. Thank you.

The staff are truly amazing, they really do go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and make you feel so special when trying to find the perfect prom dress! You all made my daughter feel like she was the only person that mattered throughout the whole experience. She loves the dress she picked with the help of the staff and felt a million dollars in it ! On the evening of her prom when her dad see her he could not believe it, he was speechless and even had a few tears ! Would highly recommend your staff and shop .

absolutely amazing. as soon as i walked in the building i was greeted and sent straight up to the dresses. the employees were incredible and polite and engaging with my opinions and colour options and styles. would absolutely recommend getting your dress from here as i had the most amazing time

Fancy Frox was a brilliant choice when choosing my daughter's Year 11 prom dress and we found what we wanted on the very first visit - cancelling all appointments with other dress shops we'd planned to visit! We booked a slot at Fancy Frox and although it was a busy Saturday we felt we had all the time we needed to browse and try on lots of dresses. There was so much choice, helpful arranged into colour categories. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Despite trying on probably 15+ dresses, it was the very first dress that was the one"! They were such a kind and caring team, they made sure the dress you picked was perfect and made you feel extremely welcome. If they could tell you were unsure they would go and fine something else that fit your taste and were amazing. I loved my dress it was perfect xx

A wonderful experience provided by Fancy Frox in selecting the perfect dress for my daughter's prom.Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and provided my daughter with the opportunity to try on a number of dresses in styles and colours (with accessories too!) What an amazing group of people, i loved trying on my dresses and each and every person there helped and supported me in finding the perfect one. All of them really helped my confidence and their kindness must not go unnoticed, i love my dress and the experience of picking it out so much.
