Ordered from them last week, food turned up and food was stone cold and the drinks baking hot!Chilli sauce drenched over everything and a joke of a cup of salad.I phoned and spoke to the manager who was rude and defensive, rather than replace the poor items he said he would send someone to collect the items for a refund.A week later snd still nothing!I contacted the company they go through i they’ve informed me the manager is refusing to give me a refund despite demanding the return of the items under false pretence!On principle alone i’m reporting them to trading standards under theconsumer rights act 2015.Disgusting food and even worse customer service from the management .

The food is amazing and super reasonably priced, and everyone was extremely friendly too. I am so glad this was my first stop in caister, I would come back here just for this food!! Amazing xx

I have just had the most tasty Chicken Shish and salad from here, the food was well wrapped and stayed hot for my 15 minute journey home. The chicken was cooked to perfection, I will definitely be returning :)

Had a kebab for first time on holiday, asked for garlic sauce, they gave something completely different,Was ill during the night with upset stomach and sickness will never use them again.Ended up in hospital for a wk with food poisoning

Amazing service and one of the best kebabs I've ever had! Delivered to the Haven in Caister without any issue and the food was amazing, wish it was our local 10/10

Always hot, fresh and extremely tasty food, usually have a chicken shish wrap which is excellent. Bought my parents the chicken pieces and chips, Dad said it was best he had tasted and whenever I am going again to make sure I let him know!!

Awful. Expensive. Polite staff, so 2 stars. Dry £9 medium chicken kebab that costs £7 in Great Yarmouth. I have no idea where the 5 star rating this place has has come from. There are lots of great options around. Use them. Not. This. Place.

Amazing food all fresh, staff are incredibly polite and gave xtras and got discount.Got home and you could taste how fresh it was melted in my mouth.And also the wrapps are massive if you order one hope your hungry.

Wow I have absolutely nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Very clean, good ambiance, friendly staff, and most important.. delicious melt in your mouth food. I could not believe the level of flavors. The amount of food for £ is impressive. We shared the lamb & chicken dish. The bread is spectacular. Already cannot wait until we return to caister
