White Cross Vets
Top class in all that they do and also make you feel at ease also the animals sense they nothing to be afraid off. The staff are marvellous how they deal with your animals they don't just go in straight away with any injections or treatment they ask how the dog or cat is stroke the animal talk to you also the animals. They ask if any worries you got also how the toilet going which is very important. White Cross vet wish I found them years back as I never say it to win even if it was just a questionnaire as its a top class vet i reccomend it to anybody which i already have and they have took their cat there as well a vet so professional great fantastic in all they do. I'm not just saying that to win I say this even if it was just a qusetionair great staff polite cleanness and atmosphere walking in the vet is happy feeling.

Sam was absolutely brilliant with our boy James who can be quite nervous. He was diagnosed with diabetes and the nurse we saw for his care appointment following this diagnosis was also lovely. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. Got a call the day after to check how his first injection went... Can't fault them in terms of bet careHave used them in the past for our other cats also and they were good with them too.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent experience at your clinic during a scheduled dog vaccination appointment. On 29/09/23, I had an appointment booked for 14:45, but due to unexpected traffic, I arrived approximately 8 minutes late. To my astonishment, I was informed that my appointment had been canceled, and my options for rescheduling were both inconvenient and unreasonable.I understand the importance of maintaining a schedule, but I believe the clinic's response was excessive and unfair for the following reasons:1. Minimal Delay: I was only 8 minutes late, which is a very short delay, especially considering that unforeseen circumstances can occur when pet owners are traveling to your clinic. And there was no mention on the booking confirmation email that they would cancel my booking after 10 minutes which was what the reception lady said to me and as mention I was only 8 minutes late.2. Limited Rescheduling Options: I was given two options for rescheduling my dog's vaccination. The first was to wait for an entire month, which is an unacceptably long period to ensure my pet's health. The second option was to wait for an hour, which is also inconvenient, especially considering that my dog's vaccination is time-sensitive.3. Lack of Consideration: The clinic's rigid approach did not take into account the well-being of my pet. Cancelling the appointment and offering such limited rescheduling options directly puts my dog's health at risk, which contradicts the clinic's commitment to pet care.

Amazing staff who are so friendly and clearly care about the animals as much as the owners. My cat has come home from surgery very relaxed and well looked after. The information the staff provide is thorough and they're happy to answer any questions. Such a wonderful experience in comparison to the last vets we were at - thank you so much!

The best vets in the Midlands! My cat cut her shoulder open, I took her to yourvets and was quoted over £1000! Ridiculous! I thought I'd try White Cross on a recommendation from a family member. I was seen immediately, and the vetinary nurse was so honest and said she just needed a few staples and some painkillers. No anaesthetic or antibiotics needed. And just £114! White Cross understand that by being honest and not trying to sell you things you don't need, then they will get repeat customers. I will be recommending them to friends and family! White Cross has restored my faith in vets. I won't be taking my cats anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much to the wonderful team!

Really lovely friendly staff always receive warm welcome when i visit. I have had my two Dogs looked after by White Cross and i really couldn't ask for better treatment for them. Sadly one of my dogs became very poorly very quickly Dominic helped us through the very difficult decision that us pet owners dread. All staff were wonderful. My other dog is looked after just as well. Becky the vet saved his life after noticing a heart problem. He now has a pacemaker and is living life to the full. I would and do recommend White Cross to anyone asking for a vet.

I suggest you take your pet to a Vet that actually takes interest in the pets emotional, mental and physical needs and of the owners too.White Cross Vets does not take any of that into consideration. If you ever think of money laundering- think of this very place. The workers only care about forcing you to go on a pet plan contract for a year and force you to buy the expensive medicine options.I took my pet to have an operation and they suggested this will only the only one time operation my pet would need to have. The operation itself cost around £600. Of course, I, a full time student cant afford that so they made me go on the pet plan, as they said it will work out cheaper. It didnt.I went back for a regular check up and they then said my pet will need another operation that will cost another £600?? They advised the pet plan would cover the cost but it didnt. I had to pay £600 on top of the pet plan I was subscribed too. To note the pet plan is £30 monthly. They did not consider my pets physical and emotional trauma of having to undergo another operation. Also, if you ask why I didn't just take my pet and leave? - Well- its because they held my pet hostage and said they cannot release my pet.Eventually, I had to pay up out of my student finance which left me with nothing. I had to continue to pay for the rest of the year. This itself is traumatic because after a year later, I am writing this review and I still feel traumatic. For anyone wondering- my pet is no longer with me as I have had to give my dog away to a new owner who can afford to pay for the rest of their care and be attentive to my dogs trauma needs it has experienced. I am not equipped to be able to provide this considering I am still a full time student and still left traumatised till today.I hope my dog is cherishing its new endeavours. I wish them the very best.I conclude that the workers/surgeons/nurses are only after your money and do not care about your pets need- only for your money.

Very friendly vets. Greg was brilliant with our dog, who settled quickly as a result despite having an uncomfortable implant fitted. One star off as we were not made aware of the £55 consultation fee on top of the already expensive implant.
