I dropped my car off today to sell and we were greeted by Mohammed. He instantly was very friendly and approachable and made the experience a lot more easy for me as selling my first car that had a lot of sentimental value to me was difficult. The price I got for my car was very good compared to We buy any car and motorway etc. They quoted me so much less then Cazoo. The experience was so easy and the funds were in my bank account within 20 seconds of signing the paperwork. I hope you guys can find someone that loved the car as much as me and thanks again Mohammed for your great customer service today.

Do not buy any car from Cazoo ever. I had a bad experience.I bought my car in October. At collection time they promise that the car drives perfectly, service it's been done in August the same as MOT . But in 5 weeks after driving, came up on dashboard Change oil engine". I am paying extra money for service plan and extended warranty monthly so I call them to fix this problem. After waiting more then one hour on the phone the guy told me that I have to wait 5-7 working days for an appointment to the garage. I am so disappointed because an issue came up so soon."

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Cazoo, particularly concerning my recent purchase of a 2017 Jaguar XE. The car was advertised as having a functional navigation system, but to my dismay, I discovered upon delivery that the SD card essential for its operation was missing. This crucial detail was not mentioned in the listing, misleading me into believing the navigation system was complete and functional.Furthermore, when I reached out to Cazoo’s customer support about this issue, I was met with a disappointing lack of response. The situation worsened when, on a closer inspection of the vehicle, I found the rear seatbelt to be non-functional and, frankly, unsafe. This is a serious concern that compromises the safety of the vehicle and its passengers.I was led to believe that Cazoo thoroughly tests and verifies the features and safety of the cars it sells. However, my experience starkly contrasts this expectation. The omission of the missing SD card in the listing and the overlooked safety hazard of a defective seatbelt reflect a concerning level of negligence and misrepresentation.As a customer, I expected much better from a reputed company like Cazoo. This experience has not only caused me inconvenience but also raised concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of your services. I urge Cazoo to address these issues promptly and ensure such oversights do not recur. Customer trust is hard to gain and easy to lose, and in this instance, Cazoo has significantly faltered in maintaining it.

Picked up a 16 plate Merc C220d, looked fantastic.The lady in the shop had no real idea how all the systems operated,but I thought, I'll just work it out using the handbook.Guess what, no handbook when I looked at home!!!On the 50 mile trip home the tyre pressure light came on, so I had to stop and pump it up...300 point check?Got home, the missus wanted to go for a spin, which we did, then the management light came on, went home.Rang Cazoo, took 15 mins to get through, explained all the issues to be told to bring it back, I explained the management light and was told, it's OK, you have RAC cover if it breaks down...after being continuously fobbed off I've told Cazoo I don't want the car and to fetch it back, as I have no confidence in the car or the company.

Poor experience. Waited nearly 2 hours to be told they wouldn't accept my car and for the car I purchased not to start! Informed the battery was fine and it had started after being jump started. Surely there must be another problem then! Lady was apologetic but terrible experience overall. Would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible, purchased my car end July 2023, within days electrical problems to include engine management light coming on, car has been in the garage twice for full days and been assured all fixed. The problem has occurred again and they are now not replying to me despite the car in warranty and also despite my formal complaint and formal rejection notice in accordance with consumer law. Utterly disgraceful company and experience.

Unfortunately, my whole experience with Cazoo was totally disappointing. What they promise they don't deliver. Plus they don't respect their own terms and conditions. They have rescheduled my collection 3 times with the 4th finally successful. Their terms and conditions states that if you do not let them know in advance of 24h if you can not make it to the collection they may charge you £250. If I could reverse this terms and conditions they should pay me at least £500. On one of the appointments, I called them in advance to check if they have the car, with a response in a few hours. And the only thing I got was a lousy sorry". And nobody knew why my car is not getting delivered. I can understand one missed delivery

Filled in the online form in good faith and got a valuation. Travelled 50 miles to this drop off location rather than pay the collection fee. When I got there they rejected the car because there was too much 'damage'. The form has no place for further comments, description or photos. I would not risk using this service again. I ended up having to go down the road to a competitor who buys any car, and did.
