knew very little about the subject but decided she wanted to access anyway, then came back decided they didnt want to accept job and sent a letter to explain why they think i dont have a claim! all of a sudden they are experts and sending letters about it even tho i said its a sensitive subject for my partner. so just caused more damage for no benefit. they could of just emailed me like i asked and said; sorry this case is not one we would like to accept! they didnt listen to what i said anyway and completley missed my point!

Absolutely appalling company, hence why they have probably changed their name. Definitely was not neutral between parties, this was told by the Mediator, too. Executors of the will and Trustees Awdry Bailey and Douglas Royal Wootton Bassett. They allowed a party to access keys and take a property off the market that was not the parties property. The amount of stress and damages that this company has caused good innocent people is life changing, a whole year of Time, Stress, Mental Health Damage, Legal Fees. A complete waste of time, money minded company, do not waste your time, life or money with this office at Royal Wotton Bassett.
